New Jersey American Water is investing $1,296,000 in Magnolia.

We are replacing 6,480 feet of 6" transite pipe that was installed in the 1950s with 8-inch ductile iron water main. Weather permitting, the project will begin on or about the week of April 15th and be completed by the end of July. Our qualified contractor, Pioneer Pipe Contractors, Inc will be working on the entire length of E. Washington Avenue, E. Lafayette Avenue and E. Jefferson Avenue. Work will also be done on Gloucester Avenue (from E. Lafayette to E. Jefferson Ave) with final street restoration to be completed in the Spring of 2025. Customers impacted by this work will be notified via post card mailings, canvassing and by our alert notification system.
